It is the only apartment that is not fully self-contained and so this is reflected in the price as the private bathroom is situated just at the side of the main apartment. It has an electric shower, bathroom heater and WC.

The living room/kitchen diner with fitted units and kitchen appliances including;

It has full central heating and hot water which is included in the price and also has independent heaters.
The living room has pleasant views of the front garden and lawns.

There is free wi-fi in all of the rooms.
There is a separate communal laundry room with vaccuum cleaners etc for guests use and each apt has it’s own iron, ironing board and clothes maiden.
There is central heating and hot water throughout included and each apt has a £1 coin electricity meter, so you only pay for what you use.
We will provide bed linen and towels.
It is ideal for pets with many walks straight from our car park and there is a small charge of £2 per night (max 2 dogs per apt)
